Job description
- Prepare network development plan and TCO related to end to end transmission network to fulfill business plan requirement
- Monitor and control network development plan and budget related to end to end transmission network to ensure the expenditure is aligned with the business plan
- Perform capacity planning and dimensioning of end to end transmission network based on business requirement
- Define network topology and architecture of end to end transmission network in order to align with technology, business and deployment objective
- Define network design guideline and parameter of end to end transmission network to support network development plan
- Prepare network development plan and TCO related to end to end transmission network to fulfill business plan requirement
- Monitor and control network development plan and budget related to end to end transmission network to ensure the expenditure is aligned with the business plan
- Perform capacity planning and dimensioning of end to end transmission network based on business requirement
Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum S1 Electrical Engineering, major in Telecommunication academic background is preferred
- Minimum 5 years experiences in Telco Industry, especially in end to end transmission development and planning
- Advance knowledge in end to end transmission network design (including MW, Fiber Optic, TCP/IP, DWDM, Synchronization, OSS/NMS)
- Intermediate knowledge in CME and network building infrastructure
- Advance knowledge in network capacity planning and dimensioning
- Intermediate knowledge in business plan
- Advance knowledge in design fundamental plan
- Intermediate knowledge in project management
- Any IP planning and design certificate would be an advantage
