Job Summary
My client is currently looking for a Network Performance Management Engineer to be based in Sudan on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate should have/be

Bachelor in Communication Engineering or relevant
4+ years of extensive experience in RF Optimization and performance management.
Good hands on experience of all major optimization and planning tools.
Fluent in both English and Arabic
Ericsson/Huawei certified RAN expert
Complete understanding of Radio Network Planning and dimensioning, Optimization and Performance management of GSM, WCDMA-HSPA and LTE networks and meeting target level SLA.
BSS Parameter Optimization and setting -2G/3G/4G networks experience
Able to define radio access network KPI formulas for better network quality and negotiation for target levels.
Able to trouble shooting for VIP complains and solve issues.
Familiar with OMStar, SmartRNO, ProbeandAssistant, RPMO, ENIQ, WINFOIL , business object and MCOM
Fantastic communication and presentation skills.
