Role Purpose:
To achieve the department’s objectives in maintaining the tower existence with the objective of increasing the tower asset value and the continuity of service of installed equipment with the limits of cost saving strategy Reporting Relationship

Qualification:
Bachelor (S1) Degree, majoring in Electrical or Telecommunication Engineering or Civil Engineering or Law

Experience:
have fair knowledge in project management skill minimum 3 years
Skill and Knowledge:
 English fluency and computer literacy (advance in Microsoft excel) is a must
 Excellent communication skills and presentation capabilities
 Flexible and adaptable in under-pressure condition
 Demonstrate solid integrity
 Have enthusiasm to work outside normal office hour
 Demonstrate good negotiation skill
 Have good analytical thinking and problem solving oriented
 Able to prepare good report
 Able to work both individually and in teamwork
 Having knowledge and ability of customer complaint management
