The Job
6 to 10-year working experience in Data Communications or Telecommunications.
University Degree in IT, Telecommunication or similar
Fluent English in spoken and writing, additional language, desired Spanish Preferred a plus.
IP certification CCNP R&S/CCIP/JNCIS or above.
Competence Mobile Backhaul, VLANS, Ipv6, MPLS Traffic engineering, BGP, ISIS and OSPF.
Clear understanding of technology, client installed base, and performance (including interaction with 3rd party equipment if applicable)
Support in technical issues.
Support in coordinating fixes and communication to Telcel.
Recommend preventive actions to keep known problems from occurring in client networks.
Participation in field technical support, code upgrade, test and integration activities.
To provide input on network design and deployment efforts as required.
To participate in out of hours support when needed.
The consultant will be responsible for support in design, engineering, troubleshooting and implementation related to the Single Ran project. In addition, he/she will conduct technical presentations, review project scopes of work (SOW), bills of materials (BOM), etc, ensuring the equipment and configuration specified will meet Telcel's requirements. The consultant will work closely with client and X project managers to coordinate the staging and deployment of platform/equipment, ensuring project checkpoints are met.

Service Reporting & Deliverables
Weekly and monthly executive report of activities such as generated recommendations, action key points, progress on work plans previously agreed with the engineering Dept.
Engineering department queries documentation.
Network status checking routines and procedures documentation.
Network status Optimization process documentation.
Deliverables should be given to end client in hardcopy and softcopy
All documentation must be delivered by index, this means each document should have a consecutive with a monthly summary and a brief description of the deliverables.
