RADIO NETWORK PLANNING & DESIGN ENGINEER

Technical and/or functional skills:

Strong understanding of 2G/3G/LTE technology (at least 2 of them)
Good knowledge in RF/SC planning and Network Design
Able to do RF Survey Report Verification and Recommendation for correction or further improvement
Able to create and maintain Cell Database Parameters (CDD/CDR) based on the given template and information
Maintaining Network configuration such as Frequency plans and Cell plans.
Administration, planning and control of re-configuration requests.
Ensure that the Network inventory information is always available and accurate.
Able analyzing traffic, utilization and subscriber growth, in order to foresee capacity expansion and propose new sites
Good knowledge with radio planning tools and MapInfo
Human Competence

Proven Track record with min 3-5 years’ experience as Radio Planning and Design operations
Be a team player and strong interpersonal skill
Ability to work under pressure
Have strong customer relationship and customer focus and have effective presentation and communication skills
Strong customer focus and high concern for quality is required
Demonstrated ability to be self-motivated and initiative
Bachelor/Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, and Telecommunications Engineering, MIS or related field
