BUSINESS UNIT DESCRIPTION:
NPO (Network Planning and Optimization) business line enables communications service providers to successfully launch and optimize secure end user services based on client’s and complementary 3rd party products. Network Planning & Optimization Team support Radio, Access and Transport network design, Core PS/CS/IP dimensioning, planning and optimization project requirements across Thailand , AN Sub Region

MAIN PURPOSE OF THE ROLE AND KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• 3G/LTE Radio mobile network planning and optimization engineer is responsible for Radio network nominal design, radio detail planning, Radio and Access parameters planning, pre-launch and post-launch quality assurance, Network quality optimization
• 3G/LTE Radio mobile network planning and optimization engineer is responsible for Radio network nominal design, radio detail planning, Radio and Access parameters planning, pre-launch and post-launch quality assurance, Network quality optimization
Key Responsibilities:
• Dimensioning the network equipment for radio and access part according to the coverage, capacity and quality requirements from the operator
• Detail site planning and setting the specific RF parameters for the site to be integrated
Analyze site performance after integration through drive test measurements and/or OSS measurements
• Monitor and analyze site performance after integration through drive test measurements and/or OSS measurements , detecting eventual problems and recommending changes to fixing those problems.
• Monitor “Worst objects” reports at Node-B/ eNB and RNC level, as well as troubleshoot them by recommending parameter changes or hardware changes

Requirements:
Minimum: Bachelor degree (Electrical / Telecommunication) or corresponding experience.
- Typically 3+ years experience in Telecom.
- Having Network planning and optimization 2+ years experience
- Good in analytical skills
- Good programing skill will getting consideration as prioroity.
