Roles and Responsibilities

1. Customer communication management
2. Microwave project delivery and implementation, and resolve the product technical issue encountered during the project delivery, to finish the delivery in time.
3. Microwave product routine maintenance and troubleshooting, supporting the daily maintenance, issue management, troubleshooting, emergency service recovery, network optimization and improve network performance.
4. Microwave product technical solution preparation and review, live network change implementation and key event guarantee.
5. Knowledge transfer to customer.

Requirements        Skills

• Basic project management, delivery and communication skill.
• Understanding Microwave transmission principle and Microwave equipment.
• Basic knowledge of OSI model, TCP/IP protocol, Ethernet basic theories, networking and application of basic services on the Ethernet.
• Understanding the frame structure, encapsulation, virtual concatenation, and LCAS of Ethernet. Have a command of IP address and sub-net division.
• Competent ability in the use of personal computers, word processing, and spreadsheet use and ability to learn specialized computer applications used by the department in performing the job.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of constituencies in a diverse community.
• Diagnosing problems associated with equipment and Microwave system.

Other Requirements

• Ability to work off  hours depending on Network outages and customer requests
• Ability to travel without advance notice within the country.
